The backrest can be adjusted to various angles, helping you achieve the most comfortable riding position and the mesh covering helps prevent excessive sweating. Large cushioned pedals add to the comfort and hand grip pulse sensors monitor your heart helping you keep your workouts safe and effective. To adjust the seat a simple pull on the yellow handle and the seat slides to your desired position. To keep you motivated the Black LCD Console provides a number of built in programmes including Spirits exclusive Calories and Fusion programmes that integrates cardio and strength to help you achieve your fitness goals. Add a tablet or Smartphone to the Spirits XBR55’s tablet holder and you can access to well known training apps such as Zwift, KinoMaps and Spirits own Spirit+ App. PLEASE NOTE: Spirit equipment must be positioned in a suitable environment. It needs to be kept away from damp rooms, dusty concrete floors, areas with a constant airflow to exterior areas and rooms with high changes in temperature.
